I accept returns within 2 weeks of delivery, in the original packaging and well protected. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If the returned item is not in its original condition, a refund or exchange will not be possible.

Quelle est la technique utilisée pour vos illustrations ?
Toutes mes illustrations sont réalisées à la main, principalement avec de la gouache, de l’aquarelle et des crayons de couleurs. Parfois, une touche numérique finale vient apporter de la clarté et de la profondeur.
Sur quel type de papier les illustrations sont-elles imprimées ?
Je travaille avec des impressions haute qualité (giclée) sur des papiers d'art choisis pour leur texture et leur capacité à conserver les couleurs vibrantes de mes créations.
Comment vais-je recevoir mes illustrations ?
Toutes les illustrations sont soigneusement emballées pour garantir qu'elles arrivent en parfait état. Selon l'option choisie, elles peuvent être envoyées en rouleau ou dans une enveloppe rigide.
Acceptez-vous les retours ou échanges ?
